Masterchef Winner William Gozali, Jr. Masterchef Contestant Revo & Notable Pastry Chef Ardika Dwitama Cooks Up A Storm
EveLovelle was invited to dine as guest at Socieaty For the Charity Pop-Up Lunch Event
Socieaty recently hosted a Charity pop-up lunch event inviting three Indonesian renowned chefs to cook up a storm for the public. These chefs had the liberty to use the entire kitchen for the day. Socieaty is a new known venture by the Les Amis Group, an acknowledged mogul that had been established in Singapore for more than 20 years. Boy was I excited to be here to be part of event.
A horde of people quickly seeped in crowding the entire restaurant. The chefs were busy preparing and plating the meals from start to end.
Here are the three nation wide acclaimed chefs that were here today. Truth betold I am not quite familiar with the local culinary show biz as I was only back from Australia last year and I’ve had only watched Masterchef AU back to back there. However, I was as excited to meet these faces, to be immersed with different perspectives yet still share the same love and devotion for food. That is what I love about the culinary world, it brings people together for the purpose of pure enjoyment to the taste buds.
Chef William prepares the starters, Revo for mains, and Ardika ended the afternoon with dessert.
I invited my brother to come along with today. Here’s him looking all excited before he devours.
Chef Ardika (middle) is a pastry chef and he had been working alongside big names like Darren Purchese of Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio in Melbourne; Jakarta’s famous bakery, Union Brasserie; and Room 4 Dessert in Ubud, Bali. Whoever has worked with Darren Purchese before (aka my favourite cake store in Melbourne), deserves a triumphant salute.
And I am honoured to be part of today’s event. Well done chefs! I cleared my entire plates clean because you all did such an impeccable job!
Thank you once again Socieaty and the Les Amis Group for hosting yet another great event. It was a wonderful and memorable afternoon indeed.
