Collage Restaurant @ Pullman Hotel
A few days before the end of October, we visited Collage Restaurant at Pullman Hotel, just beside Central Park Mall. My beau tried Collage Restaurant earlier in the month and insisted that he wanted to go again. Every month, there would be a special theme as part of their menu, and at the month of October, it was Oktoberfest. We enjoyed an array of authentic German food brought into the restaurant aside of all the other local and international food offerings.
There were lots of food sections from the Seafood, cold starters, cheese platter corner, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Italian, Indian and several more.
The layout is very artsy and modernized as it is should be in being cohesive with the vibe of Pullman Hotel.
Here are some of the things that we took for dinner. We mostly just indulge on the cold starters, go with many rounds of the German selection, and then dessert.
The ambiance of the Collage Restaurant was very comfortable and cozy. These empty seats were immediately occupied as soon as the above pictures were taken. There were four tables having a birthday celebration at each corners of the restaurant. The night was full of crowd and we would recommend you to make reservations just to play it safe. Prices of the buffet ranges from 200 000 RP+ to 300 000 RP+ depending on the time of day you visit the restaurant. We went for dinner and paid for our meal at a really good price because we paid with the BCA card and there was a bank promotion at the time. Hence, when you make a reservation, do not forget to ask for deals and other promotions that they might have. We rate this restaurant highly because of its good authentic German food. As for the rest of the other international offerings, we thought the quality was also definitely there, but without the German food, this restaurant to us would just be like any other buffet restaurant out there in the market.
