Ikan Bakar Cianjur
My aunt recommended us to this place. I had a hearty meal at Ikan Bakar Cianjur with my sister and her boyfriend. Drove all the way to Tangerang just to feast. Scroll to see what we ordered.
Any Nila Fish or Gurame (Carp Fish) would cost only 69,000RP no matter how its cooked. This one we have it grilled with sweet sauce. The meats are smooth and juicy and it didn’t dry up from all that grilling.
Next we have it with Pesmol (Flavoured Powder). The special powder they used is similar to the ones that you would find in Indomie (tastiest instant noodles in the world). Toss it up with mixed vegetables and have it with the fried Nila/Gurame, we were mindblown.
For the third fish, we have it classic fried. I dip them with chili and sweet black sauce. Yum!
Fried chicken for the two of us.
Karedok is raw vegetables mixed with peanut sauce. I liked it personally. Not many Indonesians do because many of us refuse to eat anything raw. Well… Not me!
Fragrantful Nasi Uduk for the two kids I’m having dinner with.
And massive portion of Jawanese Fried Rice for me! Ah, home food is always pleasure.
Yeah that’s alot for the three of us. Wiped them up all clean feeling all accomplished and full of sin.
Air conditioned area
Semi outdoor garden dining corner
This place is huge and would be swarming with sardines during the weekends. There’s an air conditioned corner, outdoor garden area as well as the rooftop al fresco style dining. I’ll definitely would eat at the second floor if it weren’t nutty hot. I would recommend anyone and everyone to try out Ikan Bakar Cianjur. Its a family friendly, colleague friendly, kids friendly restaurant, simply for anyone who loves good seafood.
