My favorite meal of the day will always be brunch. Never skip your breakfast guys, you need just enough carbs and protein to be energized throughout the day. I think its the current worldwide trend to be fit and healthy. They say… ‘Fit’ is the new ‘sexy’.
Choupinette is a cafe known for its brunch menu. The salmon given was off generous portion. And I appreciate how fresh the salmon was too! Look at them hollandaise sauce. Too much, too fattening, too good. The Egg Royal’s costs 23SGD.
Time to time I would just be craving for some solid sandwiches that’s fresh and healthy at the same time. Le Perriot (16SGD) comes with a ciabatta bread with grilled chicken, homemade mayonnaise, tomato and green salad.
The brunch sets at Choupinette comes with any choice of juice or any hot drink. We chose English Breakfast Tea and Apple Juice that day.
Choupinette means ‘Sweetie Pie’ in French, isn’t it cute?
Their other popular menu includes The Tristan’s, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Benedict’s and Le Croque Madame. At Choupinette, there’s also a section where racks of breads are displayed. Take your pick on these fluffy white carbs.
Even though the location is not all that convenient because MRT isn’t near, there’s still large crowds in the restaurant during brunch periods. In a first world country, cafes are usually popular. Choupinette is still slowly earning popularity amongst youngsters and working adults.
