Hard Rock Cafe is a reputable junk food bar that is truly recognised anywhere around the world. Jumbo Combo (188HKD) is the grand sampler of all Hard Rock Cafe’s popular starters. For me, everything on top is plain remarkable and without a doubt they are tantalizing appetisers. The array of platter includes Hard Rock Cafe’s famous Santa Fe Spring Rolls, Hickory-Smoked Chicken Wings, Potato Skins, Tupelo Chicken Tenders and Onion Rings. Each of the above starters are accompanied with different types of dressing, which is absolutely crucial to build a fantabulous combination.
This good old American burger (160HKD) is something to crave for once in a while. The patty is accompanied with everything good such as spicy chipotle pepper dressing, guacamole, grilled onions and Jack cheese. Have I ever mentioned to you how much I love Jack Cheese?
Bahama Mama (80HKD) is the top choice favourite by customers as it is mixed with Hard Rock Cafe’s favourite cocktail collections. Bacardi Superior Rum is mixed with Malibu Coconut, Crème de Banana and Orange Juice. I think everyone will love it but me because I really dislike alcohol…..
For me, I ordered the alcohol-free drink, Crushed Velvet (85HKD). I know all these talk about disliking alcohol makes me sound like a kid/party bummer.
But that’s alright, I’ll be a kid and drink sweet drinks for life. Anyway, the crushed velvet is sweet with diluted 7up soda combined with Monin Pomegranate, Monin Wildberry and lemonade. There is also crushed sugars at the brim of my cup so every now and then when I drink my Crushed Velvet it’ll be sour yet sweet. Just perfect for me.
Hard Rock Cafe has a live band performing every night. This bar that I was at is strategically located at the night life district of Lan Kwai Fong at Hong Kong Island. This stretch of road would be the drinkers, clubbers and party goers paradise. The outlet opens till very late at night to cater to these group of people. There is also different bands that will play live at Hard Rock Cafe playing psychedelic rock, old school rock and roll, and even heavy metal.
Good music comes a long way. Hard Rock Cafe has an old school vibe that brings you back in time to re-live 1970s-80s.
