Rib Combo (With BBQ Chicken)
Tony Romas has been my favourite casual restaurant for a few years now. If you’re looking for the best baby back ribs in Singapore, this is it.
The picture doesn’t lie, it taste as good as how it looks. I love how my ribs and chicken are glazed and sweetened. I ate the entire dish till its squeaky clean (all the time) and I still couldn’t get enough. The Rib Combo is inclusive of a half slab of pork ribs, with a choice of either Ribeye Steak, BBQ Chicken, Fried Shrimp, Southwestern Chicken or Fish Fillet. All prices are dependent on which sides you choose. The Rib Combo With BBQ Chicken costs 32.90SGD. There are a total of eight mini sides. I chose the Baked Potato and French Fries to complement the ribs. I reckon you MUST order the Baked Potato. It’s one of the best baked potato ever that I’ve tried.

Rib Combo (With Fish Fillet)
Another Rib Combo, this one is with Fish Fillet (32.90SGD), and my partner chose coleslaw with baked potato for the sides.
Strawberry And Apple Salad
The next four food photos are taken during Valentine’s day. It’s a dinner set course which includes the salad, meat platter, dessert and two fruit punches. Jan and I spent 88SGD++ for two.
I love salad that is full of tweaks, not just any old plain greens. The strawberry and green apple is a nice touch up to the overall taste and image.
Hearts On Fire
I like to spend special occasions eating good food with my loved one(s). My partner is a huge eater like I am and I’m so blessed that I do not have to be ashamed of my eating portion in front of him.
Everything was too excellent, your mind will boggle.
Apple Crisp
Caramelized apples with I think, granola crumbs? Such a sweet sinful dish. I love desserts that combine both warm and cold elements. It can be too sweet for men, but for a sweet tooth like me, I’d finish it in a heartbeat.
Fruit Punch
Fresh fruit juice to spice up my meal.

Bread And Garlic Butter
Every table will be given a complementary Bread And Garlic Butter for any mains you order. It’s not just bread with butter or bread with garlic, its garlic AND butter!! What an edge.
Full Onion Loaf
The following photos are foods that we ordered are during the Christmas period. The Full Onion Loaf which we ordered ala carte, can serve up to 3-4 people.
If you love onion rings, you’ll love Onion Loaf more. Trust me, the Onion Loaf is like a criss-cross jumbled up version of crisp fried onion rings. It’s a little sweet and salty. Hallelujah! 15.90SGD for a full loaf, and 9.90SGD for half.
St louis-Style Ribs (Carolina Honeys Sauce)
The sides here chosen were Mashed Potato and Corn On The Cob. For the St. Louis-Style Ribs, there are several sauces that you can choose such as the Carolina Honeys, Blue Ridge Smokeys, Bourbon BBQ and Tony Roma’s Red Hots. Half, Regular, Full are priced at 22.90SGD, 32.90SGD and 35.90SGD respectively.
If you couldn’t make up your mind, you may want to opt for St. Louis Ribs Sampler for tinier and separate portions of each ribs with all the above different listed sauces.
Christmas Salad
The Christmas Set are usually more expensive. We spent 148SGD++
The set that we ordered include:
– Two Jugs Of Soft Drinks
– Christmas Salad For Sharing
– The Christmas Set (Full Slab of Baby Back Ribs, two pieces of Caprese Chicken, two baked potato, a dozen of Fried Shrimp With Chili Crab Sauce and Fries)
– Apple Crisp
The Christmas Feast
Tony Romas is a nice chill out place to be, with cosy environment and soft music at the background. Often you’ll see caucasians hanging out here while savouring on excellent quality food with their friends or families. This is definitely my type of place and what I like to be surrounded by. If you’re ever at the south (Marina or Raffles), or central (Tanglin or anywhere else in Orchard) area, drop by my favourite restaurant, Tony Romas!
